It started in Kurdistan on the 6th of March were activists joined the Kurdish sisters to celebrate the 8th of March... and since then it visit Turkey, Greece, Romenia, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Bosnia, Serbia, Croatia, Austria, Italy, Switzerland and is now in France. Last month the Caravan was in Belgrade, Serbia supporting the first Lesbian March in Balkans and the ES just met the caravan team in Geneva last week. The team still enthusiastic on spreading feminism across Europe! Please find attached some pictures from the stop overs.
This 4th International action of the World March was an ambitious but important project to get in touch with women all over Europe. This project is not possible without the contribution of the NCBs. As some of you are aware the Caravan Team raised 14.250 € from a Crowdfunding campaign and a few donations.
The team spent 9.330 € on a new Van (please find attached a picture of the van Bubamara, lady bug in Serbian) and on daily life expenses (food, petrol, accommodation). To save money the team is sometimes camping, sleeping in tents, cooking outside and taking bath on the cold waters of the rivers.
The team needs now support from NCBs to continue this feminist adventure so the Caravan can keep reaching women and supporting their struggles.
There are different ways that NCBs can help. You can donate directly to the team as follow:

- Transferring to the bank account using the information attached re: the bank account.
We understand that direct donations can be difficult at this time so we are kindly asking to those NCBs struggling financially to fund-raise for the Caravan either by selling the attached Tickets (please feel free to change the amount when is appropriate to do so) sponsoring 5km of the caravan or by organizing a fund-raising event at your choice. All ideas are welcome!
We also would like to ask you when hosting the Caravan to support the accommodation, food and petrol expenses of the Caravan Team as that will be an important help for this project.
